ORDINANCE NO. 4222 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BE NO, INDIANA MAR 24'58 PM FILED CITY Of SOUTH BEND; FREDA G NOBLE, CLERK BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance No. 3702 be amended as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described land be zoned "B" Residential Use District and "F" Height and Area District: Beginning at a point at the SW corner of Taylor Street and Western Avenue in the SE - of Sec. II, T37N, R2E, thence south a distance of 790.3 feet, more or less, thence west along the north right -of -way of the E -W alley between Taylor Street and Scott Street a distance of 442.8 feet, more or less, thence north a distance of 797.5 feet, more or less, thence east a distance of Li45.16 feet, more or less,to the point of beginning containing approximately 8 acres; Also beginning at a point at the NE corner of South Street and Scott Street in the SE q, of Sec. 11, T37N, R2E, thence north a distance of 129.36 feet, more or less, thence east along the south right -of -way line of the E -W alley between Taylor Street and Scott Street a distance of 291 feet, more or less, thence south along the west right -of -way line of the N -S alley between Taylor and Scott Streets a distance of 156.92 feet, more or less, thence northwesterly a distance of 296 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning containing approximately .96 acres. SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor of the City of SouthBend, and legal publication.
