PETITION FOR ANNEXATION <br />To the Honorable Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />November 1957 <br />The undersigned respectfully represent and allege: <br />1. That they are the owners of more than 5075 in fee simple of the <br />real estate from Albert Street North to the present City Limits situated between <br />Michigan and Main Streets. <br />2. That said property is contiguous to the present Southern City <br />Limits of the City of South Bend and is well suited for commercial uses. <br />3. Petitioners desire that said territory be annexed to and con— <br />statute thereafter a part of the City of South Bend. <br />WHEREFORE, petitioners respectfully pray and request: <br />I. That this Common Council refer this petition to the City Plan <br />Commission for its consideration. <br />2.
