ORD I NANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OT AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, .INDIANA <br />fit JIM <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance <br />No. 3702 be amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1: That the following described land be-zoned "A" Residential <br />Use District and "A" Height and Area District: <br />Beginning at a point at the SE corner of the NET of Sec. <br />5, T37N, R3E, thence west along the south line of the <br />NET of Sec. 5 a distance of 336 feet, more or less, thence <br />north parallel with the east line of said Sec. 5 a <br />distance of 1,312.8 feet, more or less, thence east a <br />distance of 336 feet, more or less, to the east line <br />of said Sec. 5, thence south along the east line of said <br />Sec. 5 a distance of 1,312.8 feet,.more or less, to the <br />point of beginning, containing 9.4 acres, more or less. <br />SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />M & 2nd READING L41101S& <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />PURLIO HEARING <br />3rd READING <br />NOT AI'P0VED <br />REFIEZIED <br />PASSED �`' l <br />after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the <br />Mayor of the City.of South Bend, and legal publication. <br />A ember of the Common Council <br />
