HUFF <br />DIRECTOR OF PLANNING <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />February 7, 1958 <br />The attached ordinance originated by the City Planning Commission <br />to zone the recently annexed nine (9) acres, more or less, of land <br />lying south of Edison Road, east of Ebeling Street, north of Rexford <br />Drive and west of Hickory Road to "A" Residential Use District <br />and "A" Height and Area District was legally advertised on 27 <br />January 1958 and given public hearing under date of 6 February <br />1958. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found the general <br />area surrounding subject area to be used and zoned "A" <br />Residential Use District and that the subject area is <br />predominately single family use.
