C) AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND2 INDIANAr FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1951.
