ORDINANCE NO.� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM PARKING <br />METER FEES AND FUNDS THE SUM OF $202000.00 <br />FOR SERVICES PERSONAL. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $20,000.00 for Services Personal is hereby <br />appropriated from Parking Meter Fees and Funds to the Board of Public <br />Works and Safety of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for the <br />payment of the cost of traffic signal devices and for the payment <br />of repair and improvement of any of the public streets and highways <br />where said mechanical parking devices are in use and all streets <br />connected therewith. <br />SECTION II.
