i <br />ORDINANCE NO. --'/0 J�.,g <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM <br />THE GENERAL FUND $21,820.51 TO <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT P -71 SERVICES <br />PERSONAL $10,131.15; TO P -341 <br />CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD $2 700.00 <br />TO P -724 MOTOR EQUIPMENT 67,887.36; <br />APED TO P -726 OTHER EQUIPMENT" $1,102.00, <br />ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR 1955 AND <br />DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated: from <br />the General Fund $21,820.51 to Police Department P -11 Services Personal <br />$10,131.15- to P -341 Clothing and Household $2,700.00; to P -724 Motor <br />Equipment 7,887.36; and to P -726 Other Equipment $1,102.00, all of the <br />budget for the civil city of South Bend, Indiana for 1955 and declaring <br />an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the <br />year 1955 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning <br />said appropriations. <br />SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and <br />the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary <br />emergency appropriations. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />lot & 2nd READING dl -aa .2 t5 <br />CWK17EE of THE WHOLE 9 /a. -� <br />PUBLIC HEA" %-/Q --mss <br />3rd REAJ)h% ? -/a <br />NOT A`MYED <br />REFER"ED <br />PASSED 9 -/ a ��- <br />
