AAr <br />ORDINANCE NO. 66 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM <br />STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND $65,000.00 <br />TO STREET DEPARTMENT 5 -269 OTHER <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES $60,000.00 <br />AND TO S -13 EXTRA AND OVERT7I,E <br />$5000.00; ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE <br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />FOR 1955 AND DECLARING AN EXTRA- <br />ORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The sun of $65,000.00 is hereby appropriated from <br />Street and Traffic Fund to Street Department S -269 Other Con- <br />tractual Services $60,000.00 and to S -13 Extra and Overtime $5000.00; <br />all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for <br />1955 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation <br />and functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget <br />for the year 1955 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist <br />concerning said transfers and appropriations. <br />SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the <br />Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to <br />extraordinary emergency appropriations. <br />Membe of the Common Council <br />let & 2nd REAMIG <br />ONW.TTEE OF THE WHW G <br />PMIC HEARWO <br />3rd READ199 <br />NOT A` WED <br />REFEPAED <br />PASSED �� <br />
