1� <br />ORDINANCE NO. o �i <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS <br />BETWEEN SOUTH BEND BOARD OF WATER <br />WORKS COMMISSIONERS AND CONTRACTORS <br />FOR LOCATION OF A WELL IN RUM VILLAGE <br />PARK. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: That contracts entered into by the South Bend Board of Water <br />Works Commissioners on May 29 1955 with Layne- Northern Company of Mishawaka, <br />Indiana for $232960.00 for a well, pumping equipment and electrical work and <br />with Charles Aulm entered into said date in the amount of $4480.00 for con - <br />struction of a well house, all to be located in Rum Village Park in the City <br />of South Bend are hereby approved, ratified and confirmed. <br />SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br />( 6 �. <br />Member of the Common Co <br />10 & 2nd <br />0014TTEE QF 1, JE War ". <br />PURLIQ NEAPM <br />3rd REABip / --0-0, <br />NRT A ,*PAYER <br />
