ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />$7,936.53 TO POLICE DEPART- <br />MENT P -11 SERVICES PERSONAL <br />- SALARY OF PATROLMEN <br />$7,936.53; ALL OF THE BUDGET <br />FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA AND DECLARING <br />AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated: from the <br />General Fund $7,936.53 to Police Department P -11 Services Personal - Salary of <br />Patrolmen $7,936.53; all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, India, <br />for 1955 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget for the year <br />1955 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said <br />appropriation. <br />SFCTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill- <br />ment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency appro- <br />priations. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />ist & 2nd PEA" y a1 $� - S -- <br />Oa ',TTEE Of Ti WHOLE <br />3rd REk %; _ -�- <br />ROT A>NiOvEO <br />REffRRED 11 <br />
