ORDINANCE NO. ` O % AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND $600.00 TO BOARD OF HEALTH W -132 PLUMBING EXAMINATIONS $600000; ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby eppropriated_, "from the General Fund $600.00 to Board of Health 41 -132 Plumbing Examinations X600.00; all of the budget for the Civil 'City of South Bend, Indiana for 1955 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year 1955 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said appropriation. SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill- ment of all statutory requirements relat;Lnpto e raordinary emergency appro- priations.
