CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING MAY 20, 2014 163 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 8:35 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />May 20, 2014, by Board President Gary Gilot with Board Members Patrick Henthorn and Brian <br />Pawlowski present. Board Members Kathryn Roos and David Relos were absent. <br />APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT — RAHMBERG STOVER AND <br />ASSOCIATES VARIOUS DEPARTMENT'S PROFESSIONAL SERVICES) <br />Mr. John Murphy, Administration and Finance, presented the Board with a Professional Services <br />Agreement with Rahmberg Stover and Associates to perform a City-wide salary and <br />compensation study of various positions in various departments. In a memo to the Board, Mr. <br />Murphy stated the cost is estimated at $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 plus out-of-pocket expenses of <br />5% or $2,750.00, with a maximum total fee of $57,750.00. He noted the funding will be split <br />based on the percentages of each department being studied. Upon a motion by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Mr. Pawlowski and carried, the agreement was approved as outlined above. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Pawlowski stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the <br />claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy.
