ORDINANCE NO. 4251 - - -58 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND $2,500. 00 TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT, ACCOUNT <br />NO. W -264 - AGED AND AGING HEALTH PROGRAM, ALL <br />OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BENZ) <br />INDIANA, FOR 1958 AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY <br />EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the General <br />Fund $2, 500. 00 to Health Department, Account No. RT -264 - Aged and Aging <br />Health Program, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for <br />1958 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget for the year 1958 <br />and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said appropri- <br />ation. <br />SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill- <br />ment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency appro- <br />priations. <br />4" e /� <br />Memb of the Commo ounci <br />let & 2nd READING I J� 1, b15 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE t <br />PU' 'JC HEARINGk <br />frmf <br />3rd FI. -ING I / /a`Lyl3 <br />OCT 24 '5$ ,!
