PETITION TO ANNEX CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND ZONE SAME <br />TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />The undersigned owners hereby petition your honorable body <br />to annex and bring within the City of South Bend, Indiana, the <br />following described real estate in St. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana, which is contiguous to lands now within such City: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br />East, thence South along the East line of said <br />Section 25, a distance of 556.45 feet; thence West <br />1,195 feet; thence North 556.45 feet to the ;East <br />and West center line of said Section 25 (Center <br />line of Ireland Road); thence East along the center <br />line of Ireland Road a distance of 1,195 feet to <br />the place of beginning. <br />The undersigned owners further petition your honorable body, <br />on such annexation, to amend and supplement Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 3702, of the City of South Bend, Indiana, by zoning such <br />above described real estate as "C" Commercial district. <br />There accompanies this petition a proposed Ordinance annexing <br />the above described real estate to the City of South Bend, and, <br />further, a proposed Ordinance amending and supplementing <br />Ordinance No. 3702 to zone such property as "C" Commercial <br />District. <br />Dated this day of December, 1957. <br />DOROTHY K.
