HUFF <br />DIRECTOR OF PLANNING <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of Ervin Lodyga, 2337 Prairie Avenue, to <br />annex a triangular Diece of land contiguous to and south of the <br />city limits, east of Olive Street and north of Prairie Avenue was <br />legally advertised on 25 November 1957 and given public hearing <br />under date of 5 December 1957. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that public <br />welfare would best be served by the favorable recommendation <br />of the attached petition.
