ORDINANCE NO. - y T q g <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />AS AMENDED,, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend that Ordinance No, 3702 be amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the following described land be zoned <br />from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial <br />Lot numbered Fipe (5) as shown on the <br />recorded plat of L. F. Baker's Subdivision <br />of Bank Out Lot numbered Eighty -seven (87) <br />of the second plat of Out Lots of the Town, <br />now City of South Bend platted by the State <br />Bank of Indiana; commonly known and des - <br />cribed as 1142 West Washington Avenue, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION 2.
