HUFF <br />DIRECTOR OF PLANNING <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />July 10, 1959 <br />We hereby petition your Honorable body to take appropriate action <br />to amend Ordinance #3702 by the adoption of the attached ordinance <br />relative to fences, walls, and hedges. <br />The attached ordinance amending Ordinance #3702 was legally <br />advertised on June 22, 1959 and given public hearing under date <br />of July 2, 1959. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that <br />substantial justice would be done by the favorable <br />recommendation of the ordinance.
