TO: THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />The petitioner, Hilton Construction Co. , Inc. , respectfully <br />petitions that the following described real estate situate in St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, to -wit: <br />A tract of land lying in the Northeast quarter (1/4) of <br />Section Thirty (30) Township Thirty -seven (37) North, <br />Range Three (3) East, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />APR 2-� '59 AW1 <br />$ Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter <br />(1/4) of said Section Thirty (30) , thence East along the <br />South line of the said Northeast quarter (1/4) a distance <br />o 3 of Five Hundred Twenty -seven and Forty -nine Hundredths <br />ga (527.49) feet, thence Northerly a distance of Six Hundred <br />• 5 Fifty -eight (658) feet, thence Westerly a distance of Five <br />F I e Hundred Twenty -seven and Forty -three Hundredths (527.43) <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND feet to a point on the West line of said quarter section, <br />"` ° "''' ` °a`E' CLERK thence South along the West line of said quarter section a <br />distance of Six Hundred Fifty -eight and Thirty -three Hun- <br />dredths (658.33) feet to the place of beginning containing <br />Seven and Ninety -seven Hundredths (7.97) acres. <br />Subject to the legal highway, <br />be annexed to and declared to be a part of the incorporated City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />Petitioner further states that said real estate is contiguous and <br />adjacent to said City of South Bend; and that petitioner is the owner of all of <br />said real estate. <br />Petitioner further states that it has attached hereto a form of <br />ordinance for the convenience, use and approval of the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />WHEREFORE, petitioner respectfully requests that the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, accept and act favorably upon its <br />said petition, and that the above described real estate be annexed to and declared <br />to be a part of the incorporated City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />HILTON CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. <br />ByZ�) <br />Kenneth D.
