OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BENDA <br />INDIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH <br />THEREIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE <br />ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF <br />INDIANA OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE <br />ACTS OF THE GENERAL.
