!wTV .. .....1/ ........................ <br />ORDINANCE NO. 150 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF CHAPTER <br />2 OF GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 3709, WHICH IS <br />SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3645 ADOPTED ON <br />THE 8th DAY OF JUNE, 1948. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That Section 5 of Chapter 2 of General Ordinance No. 3709, <br />which is Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3645 adopted on the 8th day of June, <br />1948, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />All officers and employees of the City, and each department, shall <br />be entitled to fifteen (15) days annual vacation, except that members <br />of the Fire Department and the Police Department shall be entitled <br />to twenty -one (21) days annual vacation from the 11th year to the <br />20th year of their service, inclusive, and further the members of <br />the Fire Department shall be entitled to twenty -three (23) days <br />annual vacation from and including their 21st year of service. <br />SECTION II.
