ORDINANCE NO. 4146 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND $2,010.00 TO CITY PLAN COMMISSION ACCOUNT 11, SERVICES PERSONAL, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR 1957 AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the General Fund $2, 019.00 to City Plan Commission Account 11, Services Personal, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for 1957 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget for the year 1957 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said appropriation.
