ORDINANCE NO. / 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND THE SUM OF $1,900.00, TO OFFICE OF THE <br />BOARD, ACCOUNT H -726, OTHER EQUIPMENT (PUBLIC ADDRESS <br />SYSTEM), AND FROM ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT V -38, <br />GENERAL SUPPLIES, THE SUM OF $172.50 TO ELECTRICAL <br />DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT V -725, OFFICE EQUIPMENT (TYPEWRITER) <br />ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, FOR 1957 AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />Yr fe * ie �Y 7k <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby transferred and appropriated <br />from the General Fund $1,900.00 to Office of the Board, Account H -726, Other <br />Equipment (for Public Address System), and from Electrical Department, Account <br />V -38, General Supplies $172.50 to Electrical Department, Account V -725, Office <br />Equipment (Typewriter) all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, for 1957 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and function- <br />ing of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year 1957 and an <br />extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said appropriations. <br />SECTION III: The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment <br />of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency appropriations. <br />Ist & 2nd READING <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE 3/j//Y <br />PUBLIC HEARING -�/ / //S <br />3rd READING <br />NOT A'PjWVED <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED 3// <br />Member of the Common Council <br />FfFEB 57 <br />� <br />)A G; NOBLE <br />CITY CLERK <br />
