r> 77 <br />id u <br />a 1:_ _ !'a <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND TO OFFICE OF CITY JUDGE, ACCOUNT E -13 <br />SPECIAL (PAUPER) ATTORNEY FUND THE SUM OF <br />$1200.00, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY <br />OF SOUTH BENDY INDIANA, FOR 1957 AND DECLARING <br />AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Corrunon Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund $1200. 00 to Office of City Judge, Account E -13 Special <br />(Pauper'}; Attorney Fund, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, for 1957, and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year <br />1957 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said <br />appropriation. <br />SECTION III.
