S <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4140 <br />UV61 <br />.... r. f ............... -.. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2243, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE BUILDING CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIVIL CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION 1 <br />That Ordinance No. 2243, commonly known as the <br />Building Code of the City of South Bend, be and the <br />same is hereby amended by the addition thereto of <br />Ordinance No. 3208 and all Amendments thereto, commonly <br />known as the Plumbing Code of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, so that the same shall hereafter be a part of <br />said Building Code, the same as if it were fully con- <br />tained therein. <br />SECTION 2 <br />This Amendment shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor <br />and legal publication. <br />let & 2nd READING /},$Is? <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />3rd READING <br />NOT AIPiaOVED <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED `` /A $%57 <br />- <br />`. -!
