Y <br />ORDINANCE NO 4132 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $10, 000. 00 <br />FROM PARKING ME -TER FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOARD <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE USES, AND PURPOSES SET <br />FORTH THEREIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF <br />THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF <br />INDIANA OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE <br />ACTS OF THE GENERAL. ASSEMBLY OF 1951. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. All parking meter fees and funds are hereby appropriated <br />in the sum of $10, 000. 00 to the Board of Public Works and Safety of the Civil <br />City of South Bend, Indiana for the following uses and purposes: <br />For the payment of the cost of traffic signal devices <br />and for the payment of repair and improvement of any <br />of the public streets and highways where said mechani- <br />cal parking devices are in use and all streets connected <br />therewith as follows: <br />Street & Traffic Fund . . . . . . . . . . . . $10,000.00 <br />Section 2.
