ORDINANCE NO; / <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING <br />FROM OFFICE OF CONTROLLER B-58 CIVIL DEFENSE <br />$66. 00 TO POLICE DEPARTMENT P-11 SERVICES <br />PERSONAL $66. 00, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE <br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR 1956 AND <br />DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred and appro- <br />priated: From Office of Controller B-58 Civil Defense $66. 00 to Police <br />Department P-11 Services Personal, all of the budget for the Civil City of <br />South Bend, Indiana for 1956 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year <br />1956 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said <br />transfer and appropriation. <br />SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the <br />fulfillment of all statutory requirements relating to extraordinary emergency <br />appropriations. <br />r � <br />M6m er of the Common Council <br />ist @ 21d READING /0 /)—. <br />COMMITTEE Of THE <br />5A- <br />PUBLIC HEARING t , <br />3rd REAQN48 <br />NOT AfftvER <br />REFEW1 < <br />PASSEV y <br />
