ORDINANCE NO; / AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FROM OFFICE OF CONTROLLER B-58 CIVIL DEFENSE $66. 00 TO POLICE DEPARTMENT P-11 SERVICES PERSONAL $66. 00, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR 1956 AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred and appro- priated: From Office of Controller B-58 Civil Defense $66. 00 to Police Department P-11 Services Personal, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1956 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year 1956 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfer and appropriation.
