ORDINANCE NO,' ! r <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORDS AND CHARLES <br />AULM FOR ALL CONCRETE WORKs, GUNITING AND <br />REPAIRS TO HATCHINGS AND VENTILATORS FOR THE <br />SIX MILLION GALLON REINFORCED CONCRETE RESERVOIR <br />LOCATED AT NORTH PUMPING STATION IN THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND FOR $12,900. 00 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND* <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION L That the contract entered into on the 27th day of August, 1956, <br />between the South Bend City Water Works and Charles Aulm for all concrete <br />work, guniting and repairs to hatchings and ventilators for the six million <br />gallon reinforced concrete reservoir located at North Pumping Station in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana for the sum of $12,900. 00, is hereby approved <br />and confirmed as provided for in Chapter 16 of the Acts of the Indiana.
