NOBLE <br />CITY CLERK <br />ORDINANCE NO, w 9 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING <br />$360. 00 FROM SERVICES 242 CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />TO PROPERTIES 724 » MOTOR EQUIPMENT CITY PLAN <br />COMMISSION: ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR 1956 OF THE <br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND„ INDIANA* AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY; <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred and appro- <br />priated: $360. 00 from Services 242 City Plan Commission to Properties 724 - <br />Motor Equipment City Plan Commission; all of the budget for 1956 of the <br />Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and Declaring an emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above fund is required for the proper operation and function <br />of the aforementioned department under the budget for 1956, and an emergency <br />is declared to exist concerning said transfer and appropriation. <br />SECTIONS& This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill- <br />ment of all statutory requirements of emergency appropriations. <br />IA & 2nd REAO;E15 7131x% <br />COMMITTEE CF THE WHOLE <br />PUBLIC HEARING � ) <br />3rd REAOIR6 <br />NOT ANMYE! <br />REfEMB <br />IPASM <br />S.y <br />DEPAR' i", <br />
