ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />C0IZ11ONLY KNOVN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 3702, being the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same is <br />amended so that the zoning classification of the real estate <br />located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State <br />of Indiana, described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered 294, 295, 296, and 297 in McKinley <br />Terrace Addition, being generally described as the <br />first four lots fronting on the west side of Man- <br />chester Drive north of McKinley Avenue, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "C" Commercial Use <br />District to "A" Residential Use District. <br />SECTION II.
