Ordinance No. 3702, being the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is amended <br />so that the zoning classification of the real estate located <br />in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of <br />Indiana, described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered 184 and 185 in the 2nd Plat of Park <br />Place, being generally described as the southeast <br />corner of Eddy Street and Chalfant Street, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "C" Commercial Use <br />District to "B" Residential Use District. <br />SECTION II.
