ASST, UIR..1 nLANNIN. <br />The undersigned hereby petitions your honorable body to <br />amend Section "4 -A" of Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, (as <br />amended), commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana by the addition thereto of <br />the following: (6) self- service laundry establishments, <br />provided: <br />1. Said use is located on a lot adjoining a major <br />thoroughfare as designated by the Major Thorough- <br />fare Plan for the City of South Bend. <br />2. Illuminated signs shall not have source of light <br />visible nor project intermittent or flashing lights. <br />3. One improved off - street parking space shall be pro- <br />vided on the same lot as the principal building for <br />every three principal operating machines. <br />4.
