ORDINANCE NO.`D / <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SOUTH <br />BEND CITY WATER WORKS AND INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF ONE-(l) TWO AND ONE HALF (2'k) TON TRUCK <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the contract entered into on the 21st day of June, 1956, <br />between the South Bend Water Works and International Harvester Company of <br />South Bend, Indiana, for the purchase of one (1) two and one half (2z) <br />ton truck, is hereby approved and confirmed as provided for in Chapter <br />16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1905 and <br />amended under Chapter 16 of the Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for <br />the year 1933. <br />SECTION II.
