SECTION II, The Mayor of the City of South Bend is authorized to assign, <br />transfer, convey and set over by proper legal instrument to the Board of <br />Trustees of Indiana University the real estate hereinbefore described. Such <br />conveyance shall be attested by the City Clerk.
