ORDINANCE NO, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND $1602, 00 TO SEWER DEPARTMENT <br />J-726 OTHER EQUIPMENT $1602, 00, ALL OF THE <br />BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND' <br />INDIANA, FOR 1956, AND DECLARING AN EXTRA - <br />ORDINARY EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION 1: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated: from <br />the General Fund $1602.00 to Sewer Department J-726 Other Equipment <br />$1602.00, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for <br />1956 and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned departments under the budget for the year <br />1956 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said <br />appropriations. <br />SECTION ".
