Edwards, et al, to <br />zone the recently annexed property generally described <br />as being a parcel of land 660 feet north and south by <br />726 feet east and west at the northeast corner of <br />Edison and Ironwood Roads to "C" Commercial Use District <br />and. "A" Height and Area District was legally advertised <br />under date of August 28, 1961 and given public hearing <br />on September 7, 1961. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found <br />that said property was originally zoned commer- <br />cial while under County jurisdiction and. that <br />land use to the south of said property is zoned <br />commercial.
