AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (NE Corner Ironwood Drive and Edison Road) (II acres more or less) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I• That Ordinance No. 3702, commonly known as the zoning ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and is hereby amended to zone the following described recently annexed, real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to a "C" commercial use classification, and a "A" height and area district classification: Beginning at a point in the Southwest Quarter (4) of the Southwest Quarter (a—) Section Thirty -Two (32) Township Thirty -Eight (3Sj North, Range Three (3) East, at the Intersection of the Center Line of Edison Road (the present City Limits) and the Center Line of Ironwood Drive, thence North along the Center Line of Ironwood Drive (which is also the West Line of the Southwest Quarter (4) of the Southwest Quarter (4), Section Thirty -Two (32 , Township Thirty -Eight (38) North, Range Three (3) East; to a point Six Hundred and Sixty (6601) feet North of said Intersection, thence East parallel to The Center Line of Edison Road which is also the South Line of the Southwest Quarter (4) of the Southwest Quarter ((a) Nof Section Thirty -Two (32), Township Thirty -Eight ) North, Range Three (3) East) a distance of Seven Hundred and Twenty -Six (726') feet, thence South parallel to the Center Line of Ironwood Drive, a distance of Six Hundred and Sixty (6601) feet to the Center Line of Edison Road, thence West along the Center Line of Edison Road Seven Hundred and Twenty -Six (7261) feet more or less to the place of beginning, containing Eleven (II) Acres more or less.
