ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(NE Corner Ironwood Drive and Edison Road) <br />(II acres more or less) <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I• <br />That Ordinance No. 3702, commonly known as the zoning ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and is hereby amended to <br />zone the following described recently annexed, real estate located <br />in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to a "C" commercial use classification, <br />and a "A" height and area district classification: <br />Beginning at a point in the Southwest Quarter (4) of <br />the Southwest Quarter (a—) Section Thirty -Two (32) <br />Township Thirty -Eight (3Sj North, Range Three (3) East, <br />at the Intersection of the Center Line of Edison Road <br />(the present City Limits) and the Center Line of <br />Ironwood Drive, thence North along the Center Line of <br />Ironwood Drive (which is also the West Line of the <br />Southwest Quarter (4) of the Southwest Quarter (4), Section <br />Thirty -Two (32 , Township Thirty -Eight (38) North, Range <br />Three (3) East; to a point Six Hundred and Sixty (6601) <br />feet North of said Intersection, thence East parallel to <br />The Center Line of Edison Road which is also the South <br />Line of the Southwest Quarter (4) of the Southwest Quarter <br />((a) Nof Section Thirty -Two (32), Township Thirty -Eight <br />) North, Range Three (3) East) a distance of Seven Hundred <br />and Twenty -Six (726') feet, thence South parallel to the <br />Center Line of Ironwood Drive, a distance of Six Hundred <br />and Sixty (6601) feet to the Center Line of Edison Road, <br />thence West along the Center Line of Edison Road Seven <br />Hundred and Twenty -Six (7261) feet more or less to the <br />place of beginning, containing Eleven (II) Acres more or <br />less. <br />
