EXECUTIVE SESSION MAY 9, 2014 30 The Board of Public Safety met in a Special Executive Session on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. The meeting was held in the Board Conference Room, Ste. 1308, County City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana for the purposes specified in I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)(A) and (7). Board President Laura Vasquez and Board Members Eddie Miller, and Daniel Jones were present. Board Members Luther Taylor and John Collins were absent. Also present were Legal Counsel Roland Chamblee, Board Attorney Cory Hamel, and Attorney Thomas Dixon. Board members did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice. The Board acknowledged his reqest. FIRE DEPARTMENT HEARING OF DISCIPLINARY CHARGES — TIMOTHY GREENLEE This was the date set for the Hearing of the charges against Firefighter Timothy Greenlee.
