ORDINANCE NO, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER <br />FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND- <br />IANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE ACTS OF <br />THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA <br />OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE ACTS <br />OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1951 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common. Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: All parking meter funds and fees are hereby appropriated to the <br />Board of Public Works and Safety of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana,, for <br />the following uses and purposes: <br />1, For the payment of the cost of traffic signal devices and for the <br />payment of repair and improvement of any of the public streets <br />and highways where said mechanical parking devices are in use <br />and all streets connected therewith as follows: <br />Street and Traffic Fund . . . . ... . . $82, bob. 00 <br />SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />be of the Common Council <br />U'::: )_3 <br />h 9i <br />FS:.:..: 3)4, <br />
