ORDINANCE NO, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER <br />FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IND- <br />IANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE ACTS OF <br />THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA <br />OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE ACTS <br />OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1951 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common.
