and, <br />WHEREAS, said lease agreement contained an option for the renewal <br />of the said lease under the same terms and conditions for an additional term of <br />one year as set out thereim, and <br />WHEREAS, said agreement is now submitted to the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana for its approval of the exercising of said option <br />by Ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend,, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1 That the option to renew said lease for the year 1961 <br />by and between the Municipal City of South Bend., Indiana and Peter Fe� Nemeth <br />1 <br />and Margaret K.
