INDIANA <br />Your petitioners would represent and show to the <br />Board that they desire to erect and construct a masonry <br />apartment building on said real estate of either one or <br />two stories, the exact size and type of construction to be <br />determined by a competent architect. <br />Your petitioners would represent and show to the Board <br />that they have constructed other buildings in the City of <br />South Bend, such as the South Bend Motel at 3420 South <br />Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana; and, the apartment <br />the corner of McKinley and Rockne, and, <br />building located at the corner of Lindsey and Allen Streets , <br />South Bend, Indiana. Such construction on this peculiarly <br />shaped triangle piece of ground would beautify the area and <br />add to the value of the surrounding real estate. <br />WHEREFORE, your petitioners respectfully petition <br />the Board to rezone said real estate from Residential A <br />to Residential B and for all other andproper <br />relief. <br />Henry W.,/Kelly Z Florence E.
