INDIANA ORDINANCE NO. 3W 473.50`64 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, and commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to -wit: That the zoning of the following described real estate situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a ppint on the North line and nine (9) feet east of the North West corner of Lot Numbered 14 as shown on the Recorded Plat of Leeper's 2nd Addition to the City of South Bend, which place of beginning is the West line of North Michigan Street, thence south along the West line of Michigan Street 298.5 feet to the East line of the old right -of -way of the Northern Indiana Railway Company, now owned by the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company; thence Northwesterly along the East line of said right -of- way to a point due west of the place of beginning; thence east across a vacated 20 foot alley and along the Northerly line of Lot Numbered 15 as shown on the Recorded Plat of Samuel Leeper's 2nd Addition to the City of South Bend, and the North I ine of a portion of Lot Numbered 14 in said Addition to the place of beginning. And which said real estate is more commonly known as 1301 North Michigan Street in South Bend, Indiana. be changed from Residential A Height and Area District to Residential B Height and Area District, Section 2.
