HUFF <br />DIRECTOR OF PLANNING <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />October 7, 1960 <br />The attached proposed ordinance originated by the City <br />Planning Commission relative to Section 10 of Ordinance <br />No. 3702, (as amended) commonly known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana was legally <br />advertised on September 26, 1960 and given public hearing <br />under date of October 6, 1960. The following action was <br />taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found. that <br />substantial justice would be done by the amend- <br />ment of Ordinance No. 3702 as proposed in said <br />ordinance.
