ORDINANCE NO, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL <br />FUND $1600. 00 TO OFFICE OF CONTROLLER, ACCOUNT <br />B -241 ADVERTISING & PUBLICATION OF NOTICES $400. 00, <br />AND TO OFFICE OF CONTROLLER,, ACCOUNT B -59 - <br />SOCIAL SECURITY $1200. 00, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR <br />THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND,, INDIANA, FOR 1957 <br />AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the General <br />Fund $1600. 00 to Office of Controller, Account B -241 Advertising & Publication <br />of Notices $400. 00, and to Office of Controller, Account B -59 Social Security <br />$1200. 00, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1957 and <br />declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II.
