CLERK <br />ORDINANCE NO <br />APPROVED BY <br />...... <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FROM POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />ACCOUNT P -11 SERVICES PERSONAL $5, 200. 00 TO POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT P -332 OIL, $500. 00; ACCOUNT P -334 <br />OTHER GARAGE & MOTOR SUPPLIES, $4, 000. 00; ACCOUNT <br />P -36 OFFICE SUPPLIES, $500. 00; ACCOUNT P -44 MATERIALS - <br />PISTOL RANGE, $�00. 00; FROM STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND <br />ACCOUNT S -- 251- B.REPAIR OF BRIDGES, $300. 00 TO ACCOUNT <br />S -263 OTHER CONTRACTURAL SERVICES, $300. 00; FROM <br />STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND ACCOUNT T -726 OTHER EQUIP- <br />MENT, $2, 000. 00 TO ACCOUNT T -44, GENERAL MATERIALS, <br />$2, 000. 00, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1957 OF THE <br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND DECLARING AN <br />EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby transferred from <br />Police jYepartment- 'Account P -11 Services Personal $5,200.00 to Police <br />Department Account P -332 Oil $500. 00; Account P -334 Other Garage & <br />Motor Supplies, $11,000. 00; Account P -36 Office Supplies, $500. 00; Account <br />P -44 Materials - Pistol Range, $200. 00; From Street and Traffic Fund <br />Account S -251 -B Repair of Bridges, $300. 00 to Account S -263 Other Con - <br />tractural Services, $300. 00; From Street and Traffic Fund Account T -726 <br />Other Equipment, ;.$2, 000. 00 to Account T -44 General Materials, $2, 000. 00, <br />all of the budget for the year 1957 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />function of the aforementioned departments under the budget for 1957, and <br />an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers. <br />SECTION III: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the ful- <br />fillment of all statutory requirements of emncy appropriations. <br />r 6f the <br />III a 2nd READn Iil ).
