The filing deadline for form CF -1 <br />RP was May 15, 2013. The petitioner did not file on time due to staff turnover. <br />Consequently, the petitioner did not receive his abatement for the pay 2014 tax year. The <br />company is requesting a resolution from the Common Council waiving the filing date for <br />the CF -1 RP and Form 322.
