ORDINANCE NO. 4173 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FROM FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />ACCOUNT Q -11, Services Personal, $11, 895. 00 TO FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT Q -38, General Supplies, $1, 000. 00; <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT Q -451 Parts of Equipment, <br />$4,770. 00; FIRE DEPARTMENT Q -721 Furniture and Fixtures, <br />$750. 00; FIRE DEPARTMENT Q -726 Other Equipment, <br />$5,375. 00; ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND FOR 1957, AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred from Fire <br />Department Account Q -11, Services Personal, $11, 895. 00 to Fire Department <br />Account Q -38, General Supplies, $1; 000. 00; Fire Department Account Q -451 <br />Parts of Equipment, $4,770. 00; Fire Department Q -721 Furniture and <br />Fixtures, $750. 00; Fire Department Q--726 Other Equipment, $5, 375. 00; <br />all of the budget for the year 1957 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />and declaring an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper. operation and <br />function of the aforementioned departments under the budget for.1957, and <br />an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers. <br />SECTION III.
