THE CIVIL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR 1957 AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Band, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated from the <br />General Fund $306. 66 to Office of City Judge, Account E212, Postage, all <br />of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1957 and declaring <br />an extraordinary emergency. <br />SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and <br />functioning of the aforementioned department under the budget for the year <br />1957 and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning said <br />appropriation. <br />SECTION III.
