Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) Resolution No. 2513 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (1114 Grace St) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that 1114 Grace is located <br />near the Oliver Industrial Park where we are <br />acquiring property on a voluntary basis <br />because the area intrudes into the industrial <br />park. The offering price for this property is <br />$35,750, based on the average of two <br />independent appraisals. The property is <br />owned by Irene Niedbala, Patricia Meller and <br />Raymond Niedbala. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2513 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. (1114 <br />Grace St) <br />(3) Resolution No. 2519 approving and <br />accepting a counter offer for the <br />acquisition of property in the AEDA (1114 <br />Grace) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that the owners of the <br />1114 Grace property have made a counter <br />offer in the amount of $39,000.
