South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -October 17, 2008 <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS (CONT.) <br />Vice President of the Commission, new officer(s) need <br />to be elected. <br />VICE PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Blake made a motion to nominate Mr. Greg <br />Downes as Vice President. Ms. Jones seconded the <br />motion. The vote being unanimous, Mr. Downes was <br />elected Vice President for the remainder of 2008. <br />CR('R RT AR V <br />Mr. Blake made a motion to nominate Ms. Nancy King <br />as Secretary. Ms. Jones seconded the motion. The vote <br />being unanimous, Ms. King was elected Secretary for <br />the remainder of 2008. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Friday, September 16, 2008. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by Mr. <br />Blake and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Friday, October 3, 2008. <br />3.
