BE IT THEREFORE AND IT IS HEREBY <br />ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that the foregoing contract made and entered into <br />on the [5 day of 6-/It f , 1957, between the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public <br />Works and Safety, and Indiana & Michigan Electric Company, <br />its successors and assigns, be and the same is hereby in <br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />SECTION 2.
